The holidays are quickly approaching and that means there will be a lot of cooking going on in our house. When I can use a crock-pot instead of having to cook one more thing in my oven, I’m all for it!

I am always looking for recipes that are not only delicious but easy. This crock-pot ham is both.

Pull out your slow cooker/crock-pot. (This is the one that I use and love)

Place the ham in the crock-pot.

Throw away that packet of stuff that came with the ham. You won’t be needing that and do any of us really know what is in that?

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and thyme.

Pour all of that over the ham in the crock-pot and put the lid on.

Cook it on low for 6 hours and that’s it!

The hardest part of this recipe is keeping the lid on and not taking a nibble when the wonderful smells are wafting through the house.

Did you know that it takes almost an hour to get the temperature back up after you take the lid off of a slow cooker?

The leftover ham (if you have any) works great for these Hot Ham and Cheese Sliders With Poppy Seed Dressing.
