We’re Back!!! - Two Southern Sweeties

Hey y’all!!!

It has been one heck of a wild ride these past couple of years with many changes.

Two Southern Sweeties was started by both myself, and Aileen back in 2012.

Since then, there have been grandchildren born, a divorce, children have returned home, children have left home and both of us returned to working outside of the home.

These past couple of months have led to even more changes in my life….

Aileen is concentrating on her family and her career. She is an awesome wife and mother, who luckily still gets to enjoy both of her children being at home. This, unfortunately for all of you, does not leave her as much time to devote to the blog. I’m sure she will still be making some posts from time to time as life allows but for now, y’all are stuck with me.

I will be keeping true to what we wanted to do when we started this endeavor, having fun while sharing recipes, tips, tricks and stories with all of you. As always, we welcome all y’alls recipes tips and stories as well. If you want to share please either add a comment to a post or send me an email and we can arrange for you to have a guest posting on the blog.

As you can see, the blog is no where near really ready to go ha ha! That being said, I have had so many people contact me and ask about it that I couldn’t disappoint any longer. Know that there will be changes daily here on the blog as I learn and work through how to do things on here and I am grateful for y’all hanging in there with me through this new venture.

I hope y’all will come along for the journey as it promises to bring many smiles, laughs, surprises and at times even a few tears.
