Rocky Road Candy
This delicious chocolate, peanutbutter, peanut and marshmallow candy is all mixed together for this traditional family recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 12 ounce bag semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 11 ounce bag butterscotch chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 16 ounce can cocktail peanuts
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a larg pot mix semi-sweet chips, butterscotch chips and peanutbutter. Melt over low heat.
- Once melted, remove from heat.
- Stir in peanuts and fold in mini marshmallows until everything is evenly coated
- Pour out onto a 1/2 sheet pan and spread evenly.
- Chill until set
- Cut candy into 1 inch squares
